As one of the oldest holders of the Royal Warrant, Lanson has been producing some of the world’s finest champagnes since 1760 and the craft has been passed down from generation to generation. We are proud to serve Lanson Champagne in our restaurants and bars.
Devoted to the lyrical Lough Mask landscape in County Mayo, this distillery is an award-winning spirits producer. Each spirit, available at The Lodge, takes the surrounding countryside as its muse, and is made with wild local botanicals and Lough Mask water.
These superb quality oysters are harvested from nearby Galway Bay. Dooncastle only farms in Grade A waters and strives to produce oysters with an excellent meat to shell ratio. They’re a regular feature on the menus of the George V Dining Room, Cullen’s At The Cottage and Wilde’s.
A small local farm specialising in organic produce, Glasrai are passionate about healthy, tasty food and farming in a way that supports the health of our local eco-system.
This award-winning farm supplies all of the pork products used at the Lodge. Located just 25 miles from the hotel, the farm is well-respected for its free-range, outdoor-reared pigs.
