The Quay Bar showcases a rotating selection of local craft beers in the bottle, highlighting regional breweries with styles ranging from hoppy IPAs to rich stouts. The cocktail selection emphasises house-made bitters, fresh herbs from Chef Jonathan’s Garden, and local spirits (Keem Bay, Loch Measc, and Drumshanbo Ashford Gunpowder). Signature drinks include our lavender-infused gin fizz or an Irish-style bloody old-fashioned.

In the summer months, the outdoor patio offers a place to unwind with stunning views. On those long sunny evenings, the show-stealing charcuterie boards include regional cured meats and creamy local cheeses paired with crusty artisan bread, as well as well as an array of vegan options to satisfy all tastes.
