Set against the stunning backdrop of Ashford Castle's ancient woodlands, axe throwing combines skill, focus and a touch of friendly competition. Guided by experienced instructors, guests will learn the techniques and safety principles before putting their aim to the test, axe throwing offers a memorable and exhilarating addition to your estate adventure.
Each session lasts 45 minutes which includes a safety briefing. Your instructor will meet you in reception to take you to the range.
You will learn how to throw single-handed, double-handed and a couple of trick shots just to keep things interesting.
All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before time of activity or it will incur a full cancellation charge. Minimum age 18 years.
