Our magnificent 20-foot Noble fir tree has taken pride of place in Ashford Castle’s Oak Hall, lovingly adorned with our traditional red and gold baubles and lit with twinkling fairy lights. The Lodge is also looking particularly lovely, having had its own special festive makeover.

The wonderful Paula Stakelum, Director of Chocolate and Patisserie at Red Carnation Hotels, has been hard at work in the chocolate room creating tasty treats for our Christmas guests at Ashford. The cinnamon and crab apple chocolate wreaths she has created are particularly special.

We cannot wait to welcome those of you joining us over Christmas for three days filled with celebration and, of course, plenty of delicious festive food and drink.
